All Kabaab of darbar are marinated for more than five hours in our freshly ground Punjabi spices, herbs and yoghurt. This is then cooked evenly to perfection on skewers in our own cylindrical clay oven fired at high temperature. All starters are served with mint sauce and salad. Murgh Zayka Korma
Boneless pieces of chickensimmered in a smooth mild gravy flavoured with desiccated coconut, cashew nut powder, cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves and flavoured with saffron and cream towards the end.
Chicken Tikka Jalfrezi
Morsels of chicken tikka simmered in an onion and tomato gravy with green chillies to produce a spicy dry thick sauce with pieces of freshly chopped onion and bell peppers.

If any your favourite dish is not listed in our menu, please ask and our chefs will be more than happy to accommodate your needs. These great Indian favourites are generally made for the medium palate with our own blend of fresh herbs & spices. However milder strength or hotter preparations are available on request.
